Hola Comunidad! This year the local programs that support the community by giving Holiday & Christmas gifts were at capacity and full by early September.  We've always been a people that supports each other, mutualistas. Please, help us share the love this holiday season by ensuring familias in need have gifts and holiday meals! Let us know how you can help. There are 3 ways you can contribute: 

1) Donate a gift card for any amount Amazon, Walmart, Target or HEB local grocery store (for e-gift cards: connect@razapsych.org) Physical gift cards can be mailed to:

2) IF LOCAL IN AUSTIN: Adopt a family or child/ children to shop for (see button below to access form)

3) Make a donation here  

If you would like to shop for a family we will match you with a wish list for a family by November 19th, just tell us how many children you would like to shop for! (see button below to access form)

Timeline: 

IF DONATING OR SENDING A GIFT CARD SHOP AND DONATE UNTIL DEC. 15, 2025

                                                   OR IF SHOPPING FOR A LOCAL FAMILY:

• Now- November 11th: Donate and or Sign-up to adopt a family/ child 

• November 12th-19th: Institute determines how many spots and start eliciting wish lists from families  

• November 20th & 21st: LOCAL Donors receive wish lists to start shopping

• November 22nd-December 11th: Shop for families! 

• December 1st-12th: Drop off unwrapped gifts with wish lists to Resistencia Bookstore at 2000 Thrasher Ln. Austin, TX 78741 on back porch labeled to Institute of Chicana/x/o Psychology & Community Wellness

• December 15th-19th: Gifts delivered/ picked up by families
